Accessibility Declaration

Cette page est également disponible en français.

OctoPerf SAS is committed to making its websites and web application accessible in accordance with article 47 of French law n° 2005-102 of 11 February 2005.

This accessibility declaration applies to the OctoPerf web application available at https://api.octoperf.com and to the corporate website https://octoperf.com.

Strategy and actions

OctoPerf implements the following actions to improve the accessibility of its service:

  • regular internal audits of the user interface;
  • progressive integration of accessibility fixes into the product roadmap;
  • raising awareness within development teams of WCAG 2.1 and RGAA requirements.

The multi-year accessibility plan and the annual action plan are currently being prepared and will be published on this page once finalized.

Conformance status

The OctoPerf web application is non-compliant with the RGAA (French Référentiel général d'amélioration de l'accessibilité) version 4 and with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level A and AA.

An internal audit conducted in 2026 revealed major non-conformities that currently prevent reaching the minimum required level of conformance.

Test results

The internal audit of the OctoPerf application is qualitative: it did not result in the calculation of an averaged conformance rate over the 106 RGAA criteria. However, it did identify the following structural non-conformities:

Level A non-conformities

Criterion Description
1.3.1 Info and Relationships Lack of semantic landmarks (<main>, <nav>, <header>, <footer>). Incomplete heading hierarchy.
1.4.1 Use of Color Some status indicators (error, warning, success) rely solely on color, with no text or icon alternative.
2.1.1 Keyboard Many click event handlers on non-interactive elements (<div>, <span>) lack a keyboard equivalent.
2.4.1 Bypass Blocks No "skip to main content" link is provided.
3.3.1 Error Identification Form errors are displayed visually but are not announced to assistive technologies (no aria-live regions).
4.1.2 Name, Role, Value Many icon buttons lack an aria-label attribute. Decorative and informative SVGs are not properly labelled.

Level AA non-conformities

Criterion Description
1.4.4 Resize Text Some font sizes are defined in pixels and may fall below recommended thresholds.
1.4.10 Reflow Some dialogs and content areas enforce a minimum width greater than 320 px, causing horizontal scrolling.
2.4.3 Focus Order Several dialogs do not trap keyboard focus and do not restore focus to the triggering element on close.
2.4.7 Focus Visible The CSS property outline: none is applied in several stylesheets without a :focus-visible alternative.
4.1.3 Status Messages Dynamic content changes (loading, errors, form validation) are not announced to assistive technologies.

Conforming aspects

  • The lang="en" attribute is correctly set on the document root.
  • Informative images have a meaningful alt attribute.
  • tabindex usage is correct where present (no positive values).
  • Angular Material components provide implicit error association via <mat-error>.
  • The tree component offers full keyboard navigation.

Inaccessible content

All screens of the OctoPerf application present, to varying degrees, the non-conformities described above. Users relying on assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard-only navigation) are particularly impacted.

Disproportionate burden exemptions: none.

Content not subject to the accessibility obligation: none.

Preparation of this accessibility declaration

This declaration was prepared on 18 May 2026. It was last updated on 18 May 2026.

Technologies used to build the service

  • HTML5
  • CSS3 / SCSS
  • TypeScript / Angular
  • Angular Material

Test environment

The audit was performed on the following user agents and browsers:

  • Google Chrome (recent stable version) on Linux and Windows;
  • Mozilla Firefox (recent stable version) on Linux and Windows.

No tests were performed with a screen reader (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) or other dedicated assistive technologies. This is a known limitation of the audit and will be addressed in the upcoming action plan.

Tools used during the evaluation

  • Static analysis of the source code (Angular templates, SCSS stylesheets).
  • Manual inspection of ARIA attributes and HTML semantics.
  • Manual keyboard navigation testing (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, arrow keys).

Pages of the site that were verified for conformance

The audit covered the entire code base of the web application (more than 1,000 template components analysed). The following screens were specifically reviewed:
