# Location

![User Profile Location](https://api.octoperf.com/doc/runtime/edit-scenario/edit-user-profile/img/user-profile-location.png "User Profile Location")

**The location where the virtual user profile instances are being executed.**
You can select the Provider/Region using both the select box and the map.

Locations can be selected from [On-premise providers](https://api.octoperf.com/doc/on-premise-agent/) or from Cloud providers like [AWS](#aws-regions), [Digital Ocean](#do-regions) or [Microsoft Azure](#azure-regions) with injectors available in Europe, USA and more by default.

!!! note
The GPS coordinates of on-premise regions are configured on the [private hosts page](https://api.octoperf.com/doc/on-premise-agent/). You must accept to be geo-localized by OctoPerf's application if you want your location to be displayed on the map.

!!! info
IP ranges for Cloud providers are listed in a [dedicated page](https://api.octoperf.com/doc/runtime/ip-ranges/).
